Item Master new fields not displaying

Hi All,

I m created new table with 3 fields ( ITEMID, Qty , Selling Price )

and added display method in INVENTTABLE for ( qty nd selling price )

IN Form ( ECORESPRODUCTPERCOMPANYLISTPAGE) i added real edit field and mention the data method in properties 

in item master when administrator login they can see this 2 fields and when the user login they cant able to see this 2 fields 

GLobalList like one user role created for all users and added my new table in that privilege but still for user not coming this 2 fields ..

    Hi,

    You can follow below either approaches to provide access to the new 2 fields for the users who has access to GlobalList role.

    --On the GlobalList role, under the tables node(Path: \Security\Roles\GlobalList\Permissions\Tables) add the InventTable with effective access as "Read"

    Option 1:

    -- Add new fields to the InventTable with effective access(property) as Read

    \Security\Roles\GlobalList\Permissions\Tables\InventTable \<Required Fields>

    Option 2:

    -- Add new form controls to the role with effective access(property) as Read

    \Security\Roles\GlobalList\Permissions\Forms\ECORESPRODUCTPERCOMPANYLISTPAGE\<Required controls>

    Hi,

    If they already have access to the form, check the fields property "Needed permission" set this on none.

    Hi ,

    I have separate table for this 2 fields (QTY , PRICE )  XXX_Table  . And add display method  in invent-table . Instead of invent-table i added my XXX_Table and mention fields QTY ,PRICE in like option 1 ..

    option 2 like i added the form in that place and mention the fields under the form and given read permission .

    still for the user not this 2 fields displaying in form

    Hi ,

    Yes ECORESPRODUCTPERCOMPANYLISTPAGE is form name ,, already they created one role for this form name ( GLOBAL STOCK LIST) . in design i added my dipaly method REALEDIT field and mention the data souce table name - INVENTTABLE - ADG_QTY ,ADG_PRICE
