Released Products extended form is very slow

Hi

We have a problem when loading released product extended form .. we have around 100k released products for Company A and the Extended form loads fine in few seconds. We moved the same release products to Company B and the Released products screen (by Company) loads fast but the extended form is hard hit and loads after considerable amount of time (around 30 s - 1 min). We have reindexed and did other checks to see for missing Indexes but nothing works out. But when filter the extended form with just one item Id the form loads fast.. but the design of the form (base ax) was to load all the items for a company and filter and show the item which we selected in the previous screen .. Does any one come across this problem ? Please suggest if there are any options.

Thanks

I would use Trace Parser (and execution plans, if it happens to be caused by a query) to identify what exactly is taking such a long time.

Thanks for the reply. We tried all the options and found no table scans or missing indexes. Also half of the time is used by query and another half for filtering the entire dataset to one item at the form level. Had any one faced this problem ? We loaded the released products to another company through DIF

Have you enabled dataarealiteral setting to generate separate query plans for each company? That is a recommended practice for building correct table statistics if you are in a multi-company environment for improving SQL select performance.

It is relevant for all, if you do not believe me here is another link: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/axsupport/2015/11/24/how-to-proactively-avoid-parameter-sniffing-step-by-step/

    Please check the setting...
