Hello All,

I am facing a strange issue and i am not able to figure it out. I have a dynamics 365 online (v9) instance running portal on it. I have noticed that my portal URL gets changed automatically and gets "1" appended at the end of the URL for example if my URL is mycrmportal.microsoftcrmportals.com then it gets changed to mycrmportal1.microsoftcrmportals.com, and when this happens the portal behaves very erratic. Every time i make a change and clear the cache it takes too long to load and sometimes it becomes completely unresponsive and even the page for clearing the cache wouldn't load.

Has anyone seen such a behavior? if yes did you find a fix?

changing URL is a strange behavior, i would suggest you to contact Microsoft for the support.

Hi Suresh,

Did you try turning off and turning on Portal state. This might help you. if this does'nt work please log support request at https://admin.dynamics.com
