Up until this month, my client was able to open the Reconcile Bank Statement Window and all of a sudden it won't open. I even tried to open it logged in as 'sa' and it still doesn't open. They have 70+ companies and most use Nolan Advanced Bank Reconciliation but 2 companies use the core GP Bank Reconciliation.
Facts:
- Running Dynamics GP 2013 (SP2)
- It's not open at the bottom of the screen so I can't right click and maximize
- I tried Windows Key + Shift + Left or Right arrow
- Users login via Citrix
I've read a lot about window settings in SY01402 table. When I run the script from the link below, the users settings are all over the place. There are a handful that have the setting: TRUE~506~792~1~1~177

Would changing these settings be something to try? And how risky is this? Should I change each user? Below is just a sample of some of the user settings.
