How to set a retention policy.

Hi expert!
 
I would like to change retention policy of default Change Log Entry in order to delete over 1 month older logs.
I created top record in Record retention policy that is "date and time is 1 week", however, I can not set Table Filter Text.
And I can not delete default "Protected Yes  1Year" record.

How can I change that?
