Hi,

I have installed BC Add-in to my outlook, on clicking ' Contact Insight ' I am having this error :

Need a solution please.

For this i will suggest that you raise a support ticket with Microsoft through your CSP partner.

What is a default web browser in your device?

If it is Chrome then can you check chrome://settings/cookies and see if you blocked all cookies? If yes Enable and try
