
I'm just looking for some ideas on why the Set Regard function is not working for an employee. This is only happening for one employee and when we click on 'Set Regard' no windows popup up. Pretty much nothing happens - we don't even get an error message.
This is what we have done so far:
1. Checked that the UR versions are the same for the plug-in and crm server
2. Removed and Reconfigured the CRM Organization from the configuration wizard
3. Ran the diagnostics utility > advance options > remove temp files and clicked enable icon
4. Clicked the synchronize with CRM icon
5. Restarted computer
6. Installed SP1

I have the same question (0)There is no windows popup just for "Set Regarding", or also for other popup windows? If this user select an entity in outlook, double click to open it, would he/she see popup or not?
Since only one user hit this issue, most likely this is related to some setting on his/her machine. Could you please try following steps?
1) Go to IE options, check the "Pop-up Blocker Settings", either turn off the "Pop-up Blocker" or add the CRM url to the list of allowed sites
2) Check whether there is other third party pop-up blocker software installed on that user's machine, if there is, try to add CRM url to its allow list, or turn off its pop-up blocking functionalities temporarily
