WithHolding Tax deduction during vendor Invoice posting

Hello Experts,

This is for Europe region.We have a requirement to post the Withholding tax during the vendor invoice posting.
The system calculates the withholding tax during invoice posting.
But the withholding tax posting is getting posted only during the settlement of the vendor payment journal as per standard.

The requirement is to post the Withholding tax at the time of vendor invoice itself and it shouldn’t deduct the tax at the time of settlement.

It has to work similar to Indian localization.

We are looking for technical support if this can be achieved through customization.

We are using Dynamics 365 Finance and operations.

And enabling global withholding tax.

Hi,

How you may solve this issue is to create new tax code with negative sign ;)
