Hi all,

I want to approve the workflow so that it can select more than one record. But when selecting more than one record, the workflow button turns gray. Anyone know how to setting up workflows to be used more than one record?

    Hi Ferdiansah,

In standard version, you need to process the work items one by one. Because the workflow option in each work item may be different.

    Hi Ferdiansah,

It is against SOX compliancy to do an approval for multiple workflows at once. An approver has the responsibility to review and judge every document carefully. When her is doing so, it is just a small step per review to approve or reject.
