Can you please guide me if Resco Woodford tool is free with field service or I should buy any license and what is the cost if any ?

Hi Chadi,

Woodford does not cost anything. It is simply a tool that enables you to use the purchased professional licenses of Resco Mobile CRM. Also, the 30-day trial of Woodford, as one would expect, is free of charge.

All you need to have is a Dynamics CRM License, Field Service Solution and Resco Mobile CRM License.

If you have a Microsoft 365 Field Service License than Resco and Woodford are included in this license without any extra cost as long as you're using only Field Service entities and related on your Resco Application.

The pricing in the resco website is not clear

so i'm using Woofdord to customize Field Service mobile. I have 30 days free after I install it. and after 30 days do I have to purchase Enterprise license? Only one user to manage the customization ?

Each user who has a Microsoft Field Service License can get the appropriate security roles assigned by a CRM Sys Admin to use Woodford for customizations of Resco.

If you have troubles with an existing CRM/Dyn 365 Field Service license and Woodford is telling you something like "Trial is over", please create a request here:

Microsoft hasen't managed yet to fully automate the assignment of Resco licenses for Field Service users. But MS Support is pretty fast in solving these issues individually.

If you're just looking for a prolongation of your Woodford test period I would also kindly ask on a request on the same ticket queue. Usually they are pretty broad-minded with that.

Resco WoodFord is giving you 30 days free trial, after that if you wish to continue you have to buy Resco Woodford.
