Smartlist percentage - incorrect format

Smartlist pulling SQL Script is pulling a distribution percentage as a $ amount. I can't seem to change the format and if I try to add code for the %, I get an invalid error.

Below SQL script is pulling in table GL00103 for distribution percentage, but it shows up in Smartlist as a value. Should be 2.25%
