I cannot find assets when I create a work order

Hello,

I have a hundred assets that are created and that I can view in the system. However, when I create a work order, I cannot find any assets in the list. If I manually mention the asset number, the system takes it into account. I checked the filters and did not find any filters enabled on the list. Do you have any suggestions please?” 😊

Hi,

You must check the functional locations that are mentioned in your worker record

You must check here if you have some functional locations that limit you to utilize or see other assets in the other functional locations
