36Hello, looking for some feedback about removing Web Resource files and Form property references and event handles from various managed solutions.
We have multiple managed solutions with web resources, that we want to remove all them. from what i understand, the only approach to remove the web resources from the managed solution is to clone the managed solution, increasing their version number, remove the files from the managed solution, then re-apply changes.
what we would like to do is get rid of all the web resource files (old web resources) and their references, and place updated versions in a new solution. then manage the solution with patches going forward.
is there any easier way of accomplishing this, without touching all the original managed solutions.
