Hi,
I get this script error when I open a Lead record:

We have just added the Leads entity to the sitemap and haven't to my knowledge done any customisation. Has anyone come across and managed to fix this before?
Sales.DocumentsTabController.shouldShowDocumentsTab handler is to show preview features only in preview enabled orgs. This handler is no longer required.
Most likely you've removed sales_ClientCommon.js from form but the handler is still there:
if it was on my org I would simply remove the handler but it's not so deactivate the handler by double clicking on the highlighted handler and uncheck (if something comes up you can activate back):
