Convert an E-Mail Activity To Case in MSCRM2011????

Hi All,when i click convert to Case button from Email Activity Ribbon it creates a blank Case against the customer(To Field) with all filed (which include mandatory custom fields)disabled ,my custom fields are remain blanks and also it didn't allow me to edit it.But i want to create Case with all my custom field auto populated(through pragmatically) ,how to achieve this functionality.....Thanks in adavance
