Hi

I would like to send an email automatically when a field containing yes.

My question is

1. how to set the "from" , email send by current user under the Lead form ?

2. how to set the "to", which can be variable ?

3. how to set the email content with current Lead field value ?

one more question :-

I didn't put the running number "CRM:0001032" to the subject, but still got in form the email.

Could you please advise how to delete it ?

Hi HarHar,

I'm glad it worked!

Based on another question, we can add "Modified By" and "Modified On" columns in Lead main form, save and publish.

User who qualifies the lead will show in on "Modified By" column, qualify date and time will show in on "Modified On" column.

So, we can add "Modified By" and "Modified On" in the email body.

one more question :-

How to put Date: [dd/mm/yyyy] and Time: [hh:mm] to the email body ?

Date and Time should be the click qualify date and time.
