Hi Mihamed,
You can try to find out what users were doing which can cause this behavior. You can for sure try to install the latest kernel to see if that solves the issue. The next page will inform you which kernel versions are supported: blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../overview-of-microsoft-dynamics-ax-build-numbers
If this does not solve the issue, you have to monitor using e.g. trace parser to see what happens or contact Microsoft Support.
