Hi,
I'm trying to import a Word Template, which was created by using the Word Template Generator. I followed the instructions by saving the report as an XML file and then created the *.docx file using the Word Template Generator and it was created without any issue, however when I try to import it (under Report Template Maintenance), I get the following warning "The template you selected can not be added to this report".
I have checked the XML file and I'm definately selecting the correct report (which is the modified one).
Our partner has tried importing the *.Docx file that I created and it works for them, which makes me think I haven't got something installed that they have, which is needed.
I'm using GP2010, Office 2010 and its the Cheque with Stub on Bottom report I'm trying to import.
Any ideas?

Hi,
When you try to import the Word Template in GP, is the status displayed as "Modified"?
It is easy to select the "Original" by mistake...
