Enter Cost Price with Negative Quantity in Movement Journal

Hi,

I have few items in the movement journal (around 150) that are -ve quantity. Also the same items are repeating multiple times for different warehouses.

How can I upload the Movement Journal with -ve quantity and cost price since System switches off the unit price column if we enter -ve quantity.

One way I could find was to update the unit cost price on Item master released products 'Managed Cost' tab, and then just enter -ve quantity in Movement journal, it will take the price from Item master.

Is there a better way as this approach requires to update the same item multiple times for different warehouse (with different price).

Hi,

You can not OOB.

- values are calculated by the system but you can mark them with + transactions.
