What security needs to be checked to have access to the Build Payroll Checks window when selecting the Default ID field? I am getting an message stating "You don't have security privileges to open this window. Contact your system administrator for assistance.

The Build Payroll Checks window can be found in the 'out of the box' security task: TRX_PAYRL_002*
