I forget " Set Applies-to ID" and posted in purchase credit memo and now i can not do it again 

plz watch my clip and help me

i want to undo it, and made it's correct

    Did you already create one Cr Memo? Try deleting the first Cr Memo if that's the case. See if this video helps at all: www.youtube.com/watch

    There must be something already applied to the posted invoice. Try Navigate on the Posted Invoice and see in you can find applied entries under the item ledger entries. It looks like the issue could be with the item ledger entries as the invoice is still open. Can you find a Posted Receipt for the invoice in the system?
