Unable to download GP 2016 R2 DVD on customer source. Appears they have a broken link.
How to get fixed without paying money for support incident?

Try a different computer or browser. The link is working now.
Still failing here. Giving 404 error. Tried Chrome, Chrome in incognito mode. Even contact our partner and they were also getting the error (that was about 20 mins ago). Tried Edge as well, and VPN'd to a different internet connection (home pc) and got error there as well.
Seems their azure cluster died. Guess you don't want to go cloud!
Yesterday I was getting same error on GP2013 SP.

We did have some issues yesterday but it was all fixed by 5pm central.
Do an in-private IE, then login with user credentials, then you should be able to download it.
