MS Dynamics GP Collections Management Privilege Issue

We have a Collector that is showing they are not authorized to produce a Collection report (Pulled notices in particular).

When she is in the display and clicks the printer icon on the top right of the display, she gets the following error. She can run the report as a PowerUser. What roles must I assigned to her so she can run this report?

My apologies, I just realized this is a third party screen. I will have them check with the ISV. The SDT is a good idea.

Hi Richard,

Have you tried to use the SDT (Support Debugging Tool) to monitor with the Security Profiler which resources GP tries to open ? that give usually a very good result and sometime you realize that a module has a resource that is not assigned to any security, thus making it impossible to open (unless the user is assigned to the POWERUSER role).

I assume this is in GP 10 or 2010 ?... I was not able to locate that window in my GP 2010 installation... how to you get there ? in which module is this ?
