business central app for Apple IOS Auto logout and reset

 business central IOS apps on the phone will be auto log out for users after 1 Hr++, but we Test on android phone don't have this issue  , user every time need rekey in the URL, user name and password to log in again. using the Business central on premise

    This could be a security setting on the server you have OnPrem, or you need to check the settings on the phone, check this link

    Hello,
     
    To address the issue of automatic logouts in the Business Central iOS app for on-premise users, you can adjust the session timeout settings in the customsettings.config file. This file allows you to configure the timeout duration, reducing the frequency of logouts and minimizing the need for users to repeatedly enter their credential

    Please check session timeout issue but looks like this is not happening in android which means session timeout is not issue. Other area which you can check is ensuring that the cookies and cache settings are properly configured in the iOS app. If not I think it has App or IOS related bug which you need work with Microsoft team.
