Hello all,

all our users have issues connecting to Business Central using the mobile version iOS. We don’t have other operating system to test.

when logging in to BC we get the error message below:

Something went wrong. Your service is not ready, please try again in a short while.

we have no other messages or error ID or any relevant info related to the error. As usual, Microsoft sends the same something went wrong error.

would anyone be able to help? Perhaps if I know where to set this service or where references to the mobile app is stored on BC that could help.

thanks a lot

Thanks so much. It is the cloud version. The web client works fine on all browser. Just not on mobile iOS.

There is something I realized: We have two production in in V14 and the other in V15. We had to create a new one as we are in the implementation phase.

Could that be the issue maybe? When we delete the old Ines des production it should be fin

I have the same problem with my client as well. I think it is an issue with mobile apps when there are two productions in the environment.

    Hello,

Yes, this is a bit tricky but by design though. This is due to a change in mobile apps where we allow multiple production environments / multiple sandboxes so you must add some parameters in the url string. The way forward is to use a direct url:

    ms-businesscentral://businesscentral.dynamics.com/PRODUS

    or

    ms-businesscentral://businesscentral.dynamics.com/PRODUK

The tricky part is when using Android / Apple Store Apps because on Windows devices, this will simply work via Start /Run. You would need to publish the url via a document or on the Intranet so you can connect to it. In Windows, the registry does have the ms-businesscentral as an option. In Android / Apple environments, this obviously does not exist.

Suggestion is to publish that url and then take it from there.

    Thanks.

Thanks for this answer. it was an issue because our production name is not the same name as the production standard created by Microsoft.

    Good evening all.
I am new to the Business central program and have a program designed for my business but on the Business Central app I can not do authorise of transactions for eg and many more.
On the Browser link on PC I can do it and works but need to be able to work on phone as well.
On my phone, when I go to my company link and I login and put in password it directs me to use the Business Central app or download it. There is now option to use the browser. Is there a way to not use the app on the phone as it does not work for my links.
