Microsoft AppSource extensions are region-locked — publishers choose which localizations (country versions) they support.

For example, that extension’s AppSource link is under pt-BR, meaning it’s only available for the Brazil localization of Business Central. If your BC environment is not on the Brazil localization (for example, it’s W1, US, UK, or IN), AppSource will reject the install with that exact message.

Switch to a Brazilian Business Central environment or contact the publisher to make the extension available in your country.
