Hi Nursh, Please check how many CPU is allocaed to CRM App server. If it is One CPU, then allocate Two CPU. It would resolve your issue.

    Hope this help.

    Thank you.

Thank you Saroj for your kind response.CRM App is actually hosted on a 64bit/AMD physical server on Windows Server 2008 R2 Ent 64 Bit.

Please advise whether your response is meant for the physical or vm server.

    Many Thanks,

    Hello Nursh,

The typical causes of the issue are described in the following KB article: 911330 (Error message when you register Microsoft Dynamics CRM by using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Registration wizard: "The wizard requires an Internet connection to complete registration". http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;911330

You can also run the following SQL query post taking the backup of your org DB:

    USE MSCRM_CONFIG
UPDATE ConfigSettings SET IsRegistered = TRUE

    Hope this helps!

    Regards,

    Kamakshi
