How to install an upgraded version of BC in a sandbox

Hello All,
I would like to install the upgrade version of BC 365 in a sandbox for evaluation/testing porpose before the upgrade will be installed automatically in production environment. I know there is an upgrade in october 2023 but I would test it in sandbox.
How can I do it?
