Hi!
Dynamics 365 is knew to me and now I´ve got a task I need some help with.
I need to make a solution that gives the user points when a business opportunity is closed.
If it´s closed as won the user is given 5 points and if it´s closed as lost the user gets 1 point.
For the moment I use the free trail of Dynamics 365. I´m really grateful for any help given.

You can achieve this with some customization & configuration. The high level steps involved-
1. Customize User entity and add new field say "Total Score"
2. Create a real time workflow, which checks for the opportunity status-
If it is Won, then increase the Owner's Total Score field by 5
If it is Lost, then increase the Owner's Total Score field by 1
3. You may need to customize the User form as well to make the Total Score field as read only.
