Setup in print management of free text invoice to be sent by e-mail to customers email adress

Hello

I am trying to find out the correct setup in print management for sending the created free text invoice buy mail to the customers email adress.

I do not know what to put in here.

Is there a good link or video to this specific setup?

Email destination is not properly configured as the ‘Email source account’ is not set. It will cause issues at runtime as there will be impossible to find a party to which a generated document must be delivered as an attachment of the electronic mail message

HI,

The screen shot you posted here, thats not the correct navigation, you need to setup from AR module- form setup- print management setup.

Hi Kristina,

You need to set Email to as follows:

In the model mapping, email is binded to customer primary email :

You can do the same process for Email from and bind to to legal entity email address

I hope it provides you a solution for the issue.
