MR Transaction Detail Shows No Detail!

A couple months ago, the detailed transaction report stopped showing details. The Financial & Account summary figures are correct, but when I attempt to drill down to Detail, I only see a total figure - no detail lines. I used to be able to drill down to see detail on this report until upgrading to CU8, and I am still having the problem with CU9.

Has anyone else had this problem, and do you have a solution?

Background:

Our budget reports are set up with a detail level of Financial, Account, & Transaction. We have DESC and ATTR columns for originating master record & distribution reference, which usually trigger detailed reports. In addition, we have FD ACTUAL columns with PERIODIC range to see all detail YTD. This setup worked flawlessly in displaying detail until a couple months ago.

Running MR 2012 - CU9 (but the problem appears to have started with CU8).

No, no dimension filters.

I now suspect it to be MR security related - our budget manager runs all the reports in a report group, then individual users look at, print, and download reports they are authorized to by folder. Everything in the report group is producing a transaction detail report with no detail lines. When I run a report, the exact same transaction report works correctly.

I seem to recall there were some security enhancements, but I don't see anything involving detail level reports. Unclear what's going on.

I am not aware of any issues with the detail level not displaying in Management Reporter.

Do you have any dimension filters in the Column?
