I think in the blog post I sent you I used an in place route type. As I was opening an existing case. You will probably need to alter this to be a popup route.

    Does that help?

Thanks for your reply. That's right, I need to open a second case when click in new case.

The problem is that since the new button does not jump the navigation rule.

I will continue testing with the navigation rules settings

    Thanks

I re-read your question. Do you mean to open a second case tab with one case tab already open. That is a bit more involved but I think can be done.

In this post I describe an approach to having multiple tabs for the same entity .....

I think I have used in place window navigation routes in my example. You may need to adapt if you are opening new cases as they will be popup. But creating more rules should do the track.

Hopefully collectively the posts I have given you will help you out.

You will need a window navigation  rule to make the new tab open. By default new CRM pages will open in the current tab but we use window navigation rules to open new tabs.

If you are opening a new case that will be a navigation rule with a route type of "popup". You would then say from which hosted control you at coming. The action would be Route Window. Then you define the name of the tab you want to open.

I explain logic behind navigation rules here ....

And these posts specifically cover opening new cases from toolbars ....
