I changed the Name sequence parameter to LastFirstMiddle
But, it didn´t update the field in the existing costumers.
How to update the Name sequence field for existing costumers?
Hi Mdelatorre,
The parameter setting is a default for new persons. To be able to have the same value on existing persons, you can go to the Global address book form and change the value in the field 'Display as' to the sequence you prefer.
If you have a lot of records, you can consider the data management framework (Import or Excel add-in) with the People/Person entity or write a runnable class.
