I add a smart run workflow button in product view to run a workflow that add many products , my button name "Ayawin Products"
this is the comand :
but the workflow does not trigger only if record is select , i want to run workflow without select record

Looks like you want to trigger workflow without selection of records in view. In your case you can call custom action on button click. Create GUID array in js and pass it to the custom action, inside c# code you can achieve your functionality
Workflows are supposed to run on particular records.
If you need to perform some actions that are not related to records, then you can probably call an action and pass the parameters that you need to execute it.
You can probably use QuickJS, and use JavaScript to call an action that will execute the actions that you are looking for.
