dear ,

need to remove this transactions form pos ax 2012

when selected it coming error

what is the table for recall trans in database

Hi mohamed ,

basically two table are used.

for header : RetailTransactionTable

For Line: RetailTransactionSalesTrans

After coming this error, can you tell me the what is showing in eventvwr log, please share eventvwr log with me.

Hi mohamed.

one more table is ax.RetailSuspendedTransactions please find in this table.

i saw your attached screen shot of eventvwr and it is seem like that the item which is present in recall transaction is currently not present at store location.

First you ensure that the item which is involved in recall transaction is present on store on not by simply scanning the item barcode on POS.

if it is scanned its showing item details, if not its through error.

if its showing error, please check the item properties in AX whether product category is attached on it or not and its is assorted or not.

and the second question is that, if it was not present at store how the suspended transactions was held ?

Please check and revert me.

the issue is solved

the issue in some item i stopped it and remove it from assortment ,, and same item suspended in pos

i am add item to assortment and publish it work

Check table [crt].[SALESTRANSACTION]

where

DELETEDDATETIME = Null

ISSUSPENDED = 1

clear those transaction, you need to update DELETEDDATETIME or delete from this table
