Customize Bing Map on Account page

In our CRM, each account has a parent account.

I would like to display the direction from the current account to its parent account.

And also the distances to the two addresses.

How am I able to customize this?

    There is no way of customising the built in map functionality - you would need to use an ISV solution or build your own custom web resource to do this.

    Some solution you might like to look at are

    Take a look at the codeplex solution where it contains good amount of information to get this done before considering any third party solutions. it looks like you can customize this based on your need.

    Hi Chitra - that solution is awesome but doesn't yet support driving routing. Perhaps this would be an opportunity to contribute to the project to add what you need.
