Values are not coming in Hours Capitalized or expense capitalized

Hi Experts,
I am working in USMF contoso data. I have created an Investment project, passed some hours and expense transaction. While estimation there is no value coming in hour capitalization and expense capitalization. Therefore, after posting and eliminating, there is no valuation showing in fixed asset used for this project. as shown below: Please suggest any solution or any setup missing.
