I am new to CRM.
Is it Possible to add a quick view form inside of a quick view form?
I Have two Entity account and contact. i have another entity X as a subgrid on account. i want to populate associated details of entity X on Contact on selection of the respective Account.

You can not add quick view form inside Quick view. You can only add subgrid inside quick view form. Please see below screenshot.

Try adding the subgrid on Account quick form to show entity X records and then add this quick view form on contact.
