Hi guys,

We are investigating how "Customer Relationship" records were being created on our system. We don't have any processes or logic behind it but we can see one of the CRM users created it manually. But our client saying its impossible for users to create it since they are not aware of it and they need to go to advance find in order for them to do that.

Can someone let me know if there are out-of-the-box process that creates the "Customer Relationship"?

    Hi,

Customer Relationship was an old feature which was their in CRM 4.0. This was intended to be related by connections. I don't think anybody still uses these and they are just there for backward compatibility. I am presuming that your system is an upgrade from CRM 4 and I am sure if you check the createdon field for the records, it will be pretty old.

You can read more about this here:

    Hope this helps.
