Smartlist

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I created a Sales Recon report and need all returned inventory or Credit memos

to reflect as negative quantities. They reflect as positive and when I export report

I have to change positive to negative.

I think there is an option in SmartList Builder to show a number negative based on certain rules. You might have to play with that. Go to Builder in report edit mode and right click on that field and you'll have these options populated. It could be in one of the tabs.
