Security Issue: User doesn't see menu item

Hi All

after finishing report and added it to menu item 

then follow security steps -> entry Point -> Privilege -> Duties -> Roles -> assign Role for the user

but when i open the user that should see the menu item 

it not appear

Can any one help me in this issue?

    Did you added that menu item to menu? And also what about the access level at entry point?

    What access level have you set in the privilege?

    Do you have the menu item in a menu or a form?

    i added it to Menu

    the access level is delete

    Is that menu item available for Admin?

    yes it appear to admin

    Also make sure that role is not specific to any legal entity.

    the role assigned to all companies

    Is that issue only with one user? Can you assign same role to another user and test?
