HI, I've deleted items from the HQ database, but they still show up in the Store Operations database. How do I get them to update as removed in the store databases?

    Hello Bonnie,

    Thank you for your questions.

I understand that you have deleted items from your HQ database and need to send the deletions down to the stores as well.

We do not reccomend deleting items. Please make them inactive instead. Making an item inactive at HQ can be sent down to your stores with a Worksheet 250 (in maintenance mode) but deleting an item will not.

Although a script can be run from a Worksheet 51, we have never recommended using the Worksheet 51 to delete items or anything from the store level.

There really is no easy way to delete items at HQ and the store other than deleting them manually.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
