Personalization not applying correct column formatting

Hi - I am using a Trigger to personalize an email that is confirming a newly created Transaction record and reference the Amount column (which is Currency data type). When I preview the email and do a test send, the Amount shown as $75.00 in the Transaction record is displayed as 75 in the email. I have tried other fields like date fields and am presented with format dropdown when personalizing. Is this a known issue? It's problematic that it is not respecting the data type formatting.

Thanks
Mike

    Hi,

Thank you for your reply, we conducted the following test based on your reply.
    1. Created an entity and a field of currency type

    2. Added the field as dynamic content in the RTM MKT Email

    3. View the preview and actual delivery results

However, according to our test results we are not able to reproduce your issue, may I ask if you're /Total Amount/ is a calculated field?

Also, please check if there are any customized settings or third-party plugins in your environment that are causing your issue.

    Hi,

We have analyzed the information you have provided and the issue you are experiencing is that the data in /Dataverse is 75.00, but when dynamic content is inserted in the email it shows 75/. Is this correct?

We have tested the above process but are unable to reproduce your issue. Can you please provide more information on this issue? For example, a picture of the issue, etc. This will help us to better understand your problem and come up with a more effective solution.

I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

    Best Regards,
    Rudy Zhang
