Hi guys,

We have sent a survey and found out that the number of generated response is not equal to the number of invitations with [Responded] status.

Most of the respondents got an error when clicking on Submit button: "something went wrong".

Please, do not advice to refresh the page, this survey will be sending to out customers and if they won't submit it, they won't be caring about refreshing.

Has someone had such an issue and managed to fixed it?

I have the same question (0)
