I am having trouble viewing attached documents on an invoice that has been transferred from an order with the documents attached. The comment says a invoice indicates a document  is attached, but there is nothing there when you open the document attachment window. The documents can still be viewed on the original order, but not on the transferred invoice.  Is this a  set up option I have missed? Because I am only having this issue in one company, and not in another company.....

    Try testing a new document Dianne.  You won't be able to change the flow setting in a posted document.

    Flow is checked in the set up and the check box is not available in the original transaction document.

    Dianne, check to make sure 'Flow' is checked in the Doc Attach Setup and that the Flow check box is marked in the original transactions document attachment.
