If you're using sales,
You can do this by using price list and discount list:
1.Create a discount list with Rs.159 discounts (Change Area -> Appsetting -> discount list):
After filling in the information click Related and choose Discount
2.New a price list and add price list item you want
Fill in the discount list you just created
After all the items you want to apply the discount to are added, you can apply the price list when you create an order or quote:
You can also adjust the scope of the discount:
