Service items not showing extd cost in SOP30200

We ran into an issue where service items were created for a recurring order that invoices monthly. We have found when we were doing commissions that the extd cost for the service item does no0t show up in the SOP30200 header table but it does show up in the SOP30300 detail table. Do we have something set up wrong with these items? Theyhad to create these items when we turned on and started using multibins.

Thanks for any help.

    Hello RFann,

The EXTDCOST column in the SOP30200 header table is no longer used. This column was used but functionality and reporting have changed over the year and it is no longer used. The EXTDCOST column in the SOP30300 should be populated as you are seeing. There is nothing wrong with your setup as this is working as designed. Extended Cost is handled per line which is why it is in the SOP30300 and not the SOP30200.

    Best regards,

Thank you Dan. I don't know why it just started this month when we turned on multibin. It had been working fine up to then.
