I want to assign multiple users to the purchase requisition workflow item and keep the completion policy to a single approver.
I am able to assign multiple users but I can see the option for completion policy.
Is there any workaround or I am missing something?

There is check called final approver on workflow setting. Please use it for final approval.

Yes, I cant see the completion policy but not in the same instance.
There is another approval "Purchase Requisition Review"
I am attaching the screenshot for the same
I check and test it. The completion policy cannot be selected in the "Purchase Requisitions Review" task.
All selected users can do it. Once a reviewer accepts and completes the item. The review task will be completed.

you mean to say even if i assign two users to and any one reviews it and completes it then the other user does not need to review and complete it ?.
