when i tried to run Customer Statement report 116 , i got an error The chosen output method is not supported as below screen shots
the print option is not exist in the report parameter although when i ran the report from the Designer i got that option and the report worked fine

Have you checked your report selections what report it is trying to print and where?
In my out of the box 2018 it would print report 1316:
