I see it possible to use Workflows to send me an email when a field is changed, however i do not see how I can add the USER that changed the record. Is this possible Thanks!

    Hi Ron,

Yep - this is possible.  When you create the email, add the entity 'modified by' field.  This will be the user that last 'changed' something in the entity.

There is already a complete solution, showing the possibilities of auditing by workflows. Can be downloaded as Accelerator on Codeplex. http://crmaccelerators.codeplex.com/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=27404
